Self Review

Team members are provided an opportunity to “hit pause” and reflect on their own performance, strengths, and areas for improvement. Self-awareness is key to personal growth, and self-surveys help employees identify their developmental needs.


Included in the review are business acumen, decision making, planning and organization, integrity and trust, innovation and creativity, customer focus, results orientation, managing change, communication, teamwork and collaboration, leading others, and performance management.

(Typically combined with 3 Peer Reviews for comparison.)
